Frequently asked questions

Quick answers to the things people usually want to know before signing up.

The service

How quickly will my reviews get replies?

Every new review is answered within 1 business day. Positive, neutral, and straightforward negative reviews get a human-written reply posted directly. When a negative review involves a real conflict that needs to be resolved with the customer, we draft the reply within the same window and send it to you for approval.

What does the writer know about my business?

During onboarding we ask about your tone, common situations, things you'd want to avoid saying, and any escalation rules. Your account manager keeps a brief on file and updates it as your business evolves.

How do you handle negative reviews?

If a negative review involves a real conflict or dispute that needs resolving, we draft the response and send it to you for approval before posting. Other negatives (vague disappointment, easily addressable complaints) get a thoughtful, empathetic reply directly within 1 business day. You're never surprised by a contentious public response.

Pricing & contracts

What's the price?

$49 per location per month. That's it. No setup fees, no tiers, no per-review charges.

Is there a contract?

No. Month-to-month only. Cancel anytime in one click. We keep service active through the end of your paid period.

How does the free trial work?

You get 14 days of full service starting from signup. We start replying within 1 business day. Your card isn't charged until day 15. Cancel before then and pay nothing.

I have multiple locations. Any discount?

If you've got 5+ locations, get in touch and we'll work something out. Otherwise the price is flat at $49 per location.

Onboarding & access

What access do you need?

Manager-level access to your Google Business Profile so we can post replies on your behalf. You stay the owner. We send the exact invite instructions in the welcome email.

Can I review responses before they go live?

By default, any negative review involving a real conflict comes to you as a draft for approval. Positives and routine negatives go up directly to keep the cadence flowing. If you'd rather approve every response, or never see drafts at all, just tell us during onboarding.

What if I want to change tone or instructions later?

Email your account manager any time. Changes take effect immediately for new reviews.
