This Privacy Policy explains how ReviewMate ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit reviewmate.xyz or use our review management service.

Information we collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information. When you sign up, we collect your business name, email address, and billing details (processed by Stripe).
• Google Business Profile access. To respond to reviews on your behalf, we ask for manager-level access to your Google Business Profile. We do not request access we do not need.
• Communications. Emails you send to us are stored in our inbox provider for the duration we need to support you.
• Usage data. Basic analytics about how visitors use our website (pages viewed, referral source). We do not sell this data.

How we use information

• To provide the review management service you signed up for.
• To send service-related emails (onboarding, account changes).
• To improve the quality and consistency of our work for you.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
• We do not use your business information to train any AI models. We do not use AI in our service.
• We do not access any Google account data beyond what is necessary to manage your review profile.

Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as you remain a customer, and for a reasonable period after cancellation to handle billing, taxes, and legal compliance. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@reviewmate.xyz.
